Tugu Negara InfraRed Photo 2

Same as previous entry but this time, it taken from the front of the statue.
This statue is a sculpture to commemorates those who died in Malaysia's struggle for freedom, principally against the Japanese occupation during World War II and the Malayan Emergency , which lasted from 1948 until 1960. It is located in the Federal capital, Kuala Lumpur.
This year we will celebrating Nation wide 50th Independent Day which fall on 31st August 2007. I guest... I'm doing my part to promote Malaysia as tourist destination. Welcome To Malaysia!!!

@Levine: Levine...start by buying Infra Red Filter. Do check first, if your camera support Infra Red image.

man..you are master of IR photography..really good shot..How can we take IR shots? And if this is in your camera then is there any way to make a normal shot in IR using ps or someother tool?

I'm still learning as well, if you interested, same as levine, you need to know if your camera supoort IR images. If not, you can only go for Photoshop CS method. I dont know the exact method, but if you google, i can sure you, you able to find the tutorial on converting normal photo to IR Photo. But it will beat the purpose and the result wont be the same! Just my 2 cent!

I'm using HOYA R72 Filter to take those shot. Attach to my 18-200mm VR.
You shoul able to get this filter. And after that, Set the WB to preset and let the camera read the WB with filter attach. Remember, IR Photo need atleast 10 second exposure to see some good result. Tripod a must. Manual setting and manual fokus. As i say, trial and error, & ...google!
